    Our process is fully remote, but if you're in LA or Orange County, we can schedule a site visit after signing the design contract.

  • What if I don’t like the design, or my HOA requires changes?

    We include three revisions in the design fee to ensure you love your final design. We also work with you to address HOA or city requirements.

  • Can I use my own contractor?

    Yes! If you have a trusted contractor, we’ll provide them with everything needed for a seamless build process.

  • Can you create a child-friendly design?
